Why I built this

I built TradeBase because I was flying blind across five different screens.

I was trading gold and forex on my own ICT/FVG strategy while juggling prop firm challenges — each with its own drawdown rules and countdown clock — plus a TradingView demo account just to analyse my setups. I had a spreadsheet full of rules that were supposed to be my edge, but no way to see if I was actually following them. Once I built a checklist to tick off before every trade, everything changed: fewer low-probability setups, fewer losses, and an equity curve that finally started climbing. Logging every trade — even the ones I didn't take — showed me I'd been under-trading my own edge the whole time. Do I need to install anything?
No. TradeBase runs entirely in your web browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge. Open it on any device, any operating system, and it works. No download, no app store, no installation required.
What's the difference between the two plans?
The Lifetime Licence gives you full access to every feature on a single device — it stores data locally in your browser. The Cloud Subscription adds real-time sync across all your devices using Cloudflare's global infrastructure, plus cloud storage for your chart screenshots so they follow you across devices and survive browser cache clears.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Local data (Lifetime plan) stays in your browser's storage — it never leaves your device without your action. Cloud data (Subscription plan) is stored in Cloudflare D1 (SQLite) and R2 (object storage), both enterprise-grade infrastructure. You can export all your data to JSON at any time, and your data always belongs to you.
Does it work with my prop firm?
TradeBase is strategy-agnostic and works with any prop firm or broker. You configure your own account targets, daily loss limits, max drawdown, and phase structure — matching whatever rules your firm uses. It currently supports challenge-style accounts (FTMO, Lark, MyForexFunds style) with multi-phase tracking.
What currency is pricing in?
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST. Stripe (our payment processor) handles all international tax compliance automatically, so you pay the advertised price regardless of your location.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes, at any time — no questions asked. Your data remains accessible for export, and you can switch to the Lifetime plan at any point to keep full access on a single device.
What markets does it support?
TradeBase supports any market you trade — Forex, Gold, indices, crypto, commodities, stocks. You define your own pairs, sessions, and timeframes in the Setup tab. Nothing is hardcoded to a specific asset class.
