Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of TradeBase from PipPacer, an Australian sole trader operating from Queensland, Australia.

1. Lifetime Licence Purchases

TradeBase is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase via a licence key. Because access is granted immediately and the licence key itself has value once issued, Lifetime Licence purchases are generally non-refundable once a licence key has been issued and activated.

That said, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from using TradeBase and we're unable to resolve it, or if you contact us within 14 days of purchase and have not activated your licence key, we will provide a full refund.

2. Cloud Sync Subscription

The Cloud Sync subscription is billed periodically (currently monthly). You may cancel at any time from within TradeBase or by contacting us directly.

  • Cancelling stops future billing; you retain Cloud Sync access until the end of your current paid period.
  • We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.
  • Cancelling your Cloud Sync subscription does not affect your underlying Lifetime Licence — the core application remains fully usable, and your locally-stored data is unaffected.
Your Australian Consumer Law rights are not affected by this policy. If TradeBase has a major failure, is not fit for its intended purpose, or does not perform as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Australian Consumer Law, regardless of the timeframes above. Nothing in this policy limits those statutory rights.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email admin@pippacer.com with your order/receipt reference and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

4. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us directly first — we're generally able to resolve billing issues faster than a bank dispute process. Raising a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and result in temporary suspension of your licence while the dispute is investigated.
