Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information PipPacer ("we", "us", "our") collects when you use TradeBase, and how that information is stored and used. We are an Australian sole trader operating from Queensland, Australia.
1. What We Collect

We deliberately do not collect your broker account credentials, trading account balances beyond what you manually type in, or any government identity documents.
2. Payment Information
We do not collect or store your credit card, debit card, or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment processor, who acts as merchant of record for the transaction. Please refer to that provider's own privacy policy for how they handle your payment details.

We do not sell, rent, or share your trade data or personal information with third parties for advertising purposes.
4. Where Your Data Lives
If you do not subscribe to Cloud Sync, your trade data never leaves your own browser. If you do subscribe, your data is stored using Cloudflare's D1 (database) and R2 (object storage) services, which may process data across Cloudflare's global infrastructure. Access to your synced data is gated by your licence key, used as a bearer token — we do not have a separate password system.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
You can export all of your data at any time directly from within TradeBase, including during any trial or soft-lock state. If you'd like your cloud-stored data permanently deleted, contact us at the email below and we will action this within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Cookies & Tracking
Our marketing site (pippacer.com) uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you individually across sites. TradeBase itself, as a self-hosted application, does not use third-party advertising trackers.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. If you are located in a jurisdiction with additional statutory privacy rights (such as the EU/UK GDPR), those rights apply to the extent required by law.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
